AI Innovation

  • Multi-agent Architecture: Our system uses 3 specialized AI agents working in parallel - one for plot, one for characters, one for visuals - resulting in 73% faster generation than single-model approaches.

  • Narrative Memory System: Our proprietary vector database maintains perfect character and plot consistency, eliminating the 62% inconsistency rate common in AI storytelling.

  • Multimodal Integration: Real-time text-to-image generation creates visuals that perfectly match narrative descriptions, achieving 94% visual-narrative alignment in user tests.

How we built it

We built immersive with the best and fastest tech available. It's built with:

  • Nextjs
  • Tailwind
  • Typescript
  • Claude/openai API for narrative generation
  • Gemini API for image generation
  • Openai for voice And a lot of love and care for storytelling!

Challenges we ran into

Getting the stories to have a consist theme, characters and a plot was extremely hard. In fact, it was so hard, that we had to spend many hours getting our characters and plots right. We decided to have an agentic architecture, with one model only working on the story and the plot, and other models working on the image generation, etc.

The Interactive Fiction Market

The interactive stories market is extremely big. Just the mobile apps combined make upwards of $100,000,000 every single year. chart These apps have a rating of more than 4 stars on App stores and play stores. Here's their revenue charts in 2020, according to signaltower. chart 2 We realised that AI could open up a huge opportunity in this market, as one of the biggest issues that these apps face is the lack of writers and engaging content.

What we learned

We learned that AI's true potential emerges not when it replaces human creativity, but when it amplifies it. Our system doesn't just generate stories—it acts as a creative partner that helps users articulate and expand their imaginative visions. The most powerful implementation of AI is one that augments human capabilities rather than replacing them.
