Connect the people around UofT around valentine's day. Inspire love and spread some friendship and joy! Was at UofTHacks where the theme was social benefit.
How it works
Sender signs up online, with their UofT email, and recipients details. Recipient gets a text using Twilio's api asking if they accept <> note. If recipient replies yes, we create a physical note of what was written in the message along with a piece of candy and deliver it to the recipient on campus on behalf of the sender.
Challenges I ran into
Diminishing fraud. Verifying UofT emails.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
First time project with full stack web development, had to learn the MEAN stack and implement it over a weekend.
