Bug report will allow user to report any error/bug they came across while using the application. The bug classifier uses ML model to classify the severity and type of the bug and then the details are stored in the mongoDB for further analysis.
In the admin panel, we are providing query support and bug management features and displaying leaderboard.
Sometimes people have difficulty getting comfortable with the application GUI and doesn’t understand several features in the application.
Our aim is to increase the interaction between user and the application by creating interactive features. There user will have various options such as support chatbot which will help user to solve their issues. Our support chatbot is voice enabled. There will also be a bug report window where user can report any error/issue/bug they found while using the application.
