Inspiration

I need this tool to make custom thumbnails for my own videos.

What it does

Allows users to create and edit custom thumbnails. Users can upload their own backgrounds and images. Uploaded assets are associated with the browser.

How we built it

Bolt.new, Supabase, Netlify. It uses FabricJS under the hood.

Challenges we ran into

I had trouble creating a right click context menu to allow the user to make layer adjustments. I ended up just adding a tool to the toolbar to handle this.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I built an image editing app in a weekend.

What we learned

I learned how to use the Netlify and Supabase integrations with Bolt.
