mailbox feature that communicates with customers over email

Inspiration

Being two techies and entrepreneurs. We have learned that entrepreneurship is mainly about selling everything about your company to people outside and this involved a lot of talking, writing, and basically just communicating with the interested parties. We later learn to even filter out seriously interested parties to those that are not. This process is fun but can get boring especially when it involves repeated things. With the aim to keep 'the high' in selling, we came together to develop something that will handle the repetitive mundane tasks.

This problem has also been experienced by our freelancer and consultant friends, who usually have the same rate card for designs and dev work and have the same conversations over again with new prospects.

So we designed Wootiv

What it does

Communicates with customers in the company communication channels like a real human agent / assistant with the ability to perform actions on your behalf autonomously.

How we built it

We use pinecone / langchain / OpenAI as the underlying memory and model infrastructure for our agents and built out our own email infrastructure for AI communication
