Tired of solo adventures or struggling to find like-minded friends to do your favorite activities with? wtw will connect you with like-minded individuals whom you can share your passions with.

Inspiration

All three of us have shared the struggle of not finding friends as quickly as other people. It's not always easy to find like-minded individuals who share the same interests and ideas. We believe that if there was an app to make these initial connections easier, peoples lives would be much easier.

What it does

We wanted to create a platform that focuses on bringing people together based on shared activities and passions. The idea is to facilitate real-world connections by helping users find friends who want to do the same activities that they want to do.

How we built it

We used Swift and XCode.

Challenges we ran into

Not all of our members had a Mac or an updated software that we could use XCode for, so most of the time we were looking for an extra mac laptop. None of us had ever used Swift or XCode.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned everything from scratch and the fact that we got working buttons!

If there's enough interest we'd like to further develop this app and make it a real thing!
