YearnQuest is an initiative to make sure no one suffers from hunger. YearnQuest community provides food donations to make sure that no one goes to bed without a meal.

Liberate Poor People From Hunger

What it does

People can donate money to YearnQuest which will be spent to provide meals to poor people. The contribution need not to be in the form of donation only, people can also share stories, bring awareness by joining the community. YearnQuest initiative is to make sure no one suffers from hunger.

How we built it

We built it using NodeJs, ejs, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SAWO labs authentication and Twilio SendGrid.

Challenges we ran into

Got issues connecting backend to frontend and authentication.

What we learned

  1. During the research for the project we also learned about the food crisis.
  2. Learned how to integrate Sawo, Twilio, Coil into the website.

What's next for YearnQuest

  1. Future Improvement on website
  2. Help more needy families and people to live a better life.
