Inspiration

As students we know what it's like to spend more time looking for the right parts of lecture, than actually taking notes.

What it does

ZoomBuddy takes in a ZoomURL and creates outlined notes along with timestamps where each topic occurred in the Zoom video. Using this students are able to get concise notes of their Zoom videos along with timestamps if they need to review a specific topic!

How we built it

With a lot of blood, sweat, and JavaScript/Python.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating the frontend and the backend as they were in different languages

Accomplishments that we're proud of

That we were able to make a pretty useful (in our opinion) webapp that is SUPER close to being production ready.

What we learned

Time management and crunch time coding are not our friends.

What's next for ZoomBuddy

Add more features, caching, and a download button for notes.
