He's Home!

Our missionary is finally home! If you follow my blog you may realize that I still haven't figured this blogging thing out. The pictures are from end to beginning. If I mess with the pictures I will screw this whole thing up. If I were you I would go to the end and scroll up. Logan is home and he is wonderful. He was only home for 2 days and then he took off to BYU. He came home the next weekend to speak in church. Sam and Logan both spoke and they did a wonderful job. It was so nice to have all the kids together again. I feel like life is finally slowing down. We made it through the holidays and Logan's homecoming and its time to do some spring cleaning and regroup. I am down to two kids at home, three living in the Salt Lake valley and one in Wyoming. We are looking forward to Toni and Nathan's new baby due March 1st.

Happy Thanksgiving and lots of birthdays!!!

We had a great Thanksgiving. My brother Joe, his wife Gabby and their kids (Joseph, Oscar and Andrea) came for a visit. My niece Natalie was here and all the kids but Logan. We also had Toni and Grant home. We had great food and fun. We went to the dinosaur museum and bowling. We have had a lot of birthdays. Logan's birthday was November 19th, Doug's was November 25th, Doug's dad had his 80th on November 30th, Sam's 16th birthday is today, mine is tomorrow and Carli's is on the 8th. Thats a lot of birthdays. Sam is having a party on Friday night. Happy Birthday everyone!!! I am thankful for good health, great hubby, great kids, and wonderful family and friends. Like my little Grant says Happy two one to everyone!!!

Pref & an announcement!

My little boy is going to be sixteen and was invited to his first school dance. Brooke did such a good job decorating his room. The pics are a little dark and of course Sam had to ham it up for the camera. He is such a great kid. I love him! We just found out that Toni & Nathan are expecting #2, a little boy. She is due on March 1st. I am so excited to have two little grandsons. Grandkids are the best! We found out that our missionary will be home on December 31st. I can't wait to see him again. Another great kid! Gotta love them all!!!!!!!

Just a few pictures of our missionary. He is doing great and is getting so close to coming home. His release date is the evening of December 30th or the morning of December 31st. We are so excited!

Alaska 2009

Doug and I had the chance to go on a cruise to Alaska. Doug has always wanted to go and we finally had the chance to go. The weather was unseasonably warm so it made for great traveling. We went to Juneau, Sitka, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan and Victoria Canada. I loved Canada and would love to back and just tour Canada. The salmon were spawning so they were jumping out of the water like crazy. I loved eating every kind of seafood. I can't get enough of it. We had a great time and we just love cruising.
