Feedbucket is a visual website feedback tool and bug tracker. When you install Feedbucket on your website or web application, your clients, users, visitors, and stakeholders can annotate your pages and submit feedback using screenshots or recordings - all without leaving your website.
Check out the introduction video below for a quick tour:
🖥 From whom do you want to collect feedback, and what type?
From whom and what sort of feedback you want to collect should determine your next steps:
Feedback from clients/team members - Are you building websites and web apps for clients or maybe a new internal website. Then the default settings should work well for you and you can head over to the installation page.
Feedback from my users - Do you have a SaaS tool or some sort of application and want to collect feedback and bug reports (beta tests) from them? Mainly, you do not want your users to be able to see each others feedback. After you have installed Feedbucket, head over to the docs about user feedback to set things up.
Feedback on a live website - Do you have a live website and would like people to be able to submit feedback? You can't have the Feedbucket widget available to every visitor of the site. Head over to the docs about using Feedbucket in production.
