Welcome to Modddif!

This website hosts the documentation for the Modddif app. It describes each feature of the app and how to use them to create amazing 3D objects.

Modddif is a web app only, accessible from app.modddif.com. It's optimized for recent web browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. For the best experience, use a computer and not a mobile device.

Modddif helps you create 3D models with AI tools. It's designed to fit into your workflow for a variety of uses, like creating models for a video game, props for a video, and more.

It can:

  • Create a 3D mesh of an object from one or more images
  • Texture a 3D mesh precisely from a prompt and or an image
  • Simplify a 3D object by reducing the number of triangles and baking the texture and a normal map
  • Edit images with a prompt and optionally a mask to create reference images that can be used with other features in the app
  • Split a 3D object into multiple parts
  • and more...

You can do your whole workflow in Modddif or use it for a single feature. You can import and export 3D models without limitation.
