The Baltimore Toblers  are moving to Fayetteville N.C. in ~1 month.
House hunting completed.  Kim and I make quick decisions. Sometimes a little too quick.  We made an offer on a house, did some quick negotiations (inspired by Chad who is so accomplished at purchasing homes)
After they accepted our offer, we started thinking about the house and realized there were a few too many details about the home we could remember and so we drove down to go through it again and we reaffirmed that we made the right decision.
The house in nice but the yard and neighborhood are spectacular.  The mature tree's and garden like landscaping are really what sold us on it; the pictures really don't capture how beautiful it is.  Plus we are very close to the hospital with really no commute ~ 10 minutes.  Also very close to all the amenities: grocery, gym, mall,  Target.

After a few things are updated it will be perfect.  We are very excited and hope for some visitors as I'm sure Fayetteville is on everyone's list of top places to visit.

Who is Georgie?

Poor Georgie or "George" for short. She is often left in the background.  She is so much part of the little peoples crew.  A special birthday post for her.

Beach vacation

So Kelly rented an amazing house on the south Chesapeake in VA, just north of Virginia Beach.
It was amazing, complete with a salt water pool

 Greta's legs stop working and she must be carried by Aunt Kelly

 "He's so cute"  We have to be careful what we dress Georgie in..Some have suggested we pierce her hears.
