FINALLY!!!!!!

I HAVE A CAMERA!! Now I can blog again! Thank goodness for a mothers day present.. :)

Here's whats going on... (for starters... I'm sure I'll be back with more soon!)

APRICOTS!! ~~~ almost ready for eatin'! I've had a couple that WERE ripe.. soooo good!



GRAPES!! ~~not even close to ready... but growing!!



EGGS! ~~~ these aren't 'home grown'... (we don't have a rooster) but these eggs will hopefully be hatching! we are waiting and I'm TIRED of waiting!!! they need to come!!



NICE WEATHER!! ~~~ means kids play outside and they love it.

NEW GARDEN! ~~~ again, kevin's constructed some sort of fancy contraption. this will keep out birds (we have a bird problem) and also keep out the dog & chickens. i LOVE it. It seems so peaceful and serene and i wouldn't even care if nothing grew in there!! hahahaha I'd just like to sit there and enjoy the quiet space.

its been a long while since i've posted, but hopefully now since i can take pictures non stop (which i keep doing everyday.. i'm like the dang paparazzi!) i can keep up on blogging!

i HATE posting without pictures... but my camera is busted..
sooo... all I'm gonna post is pictures from my phone.

i love being a mom... WHY?? YOU ASK?? cause i can do stuff like this, and get away with it.
well, actually Brendon didn't even know i was doing it. made it even funnier.

It's a new year..

Winter break is ending, school starts tomorrow! NO more late nights, sleeping in way tooooo long. (except the weekends...haha)

I have pictures somewhere.. camera is half broken, so I didn't get very many pictures on Christmas morning. (I think maybe 4!)

A new journey begins for me.. I'm about to be a Green Smoothie Girl. :)
I'm not scared anymore, mostly excited! Lets drop some weight and eat yummy fruits n veggies and get HEALTHIER!!

September, October, November

Let's start with where I left off... ALONG TIME AGO!

On Sept. 21, Brendon turned 10... he wanted to invite friends from school, so we rented a water slide, had juices and cupcakes---and a whole lot of fun!!

His friends were cool, and brought him presents!! they took a break from all the fun so he could open them. :)

Of course he got some from mom & dad (and the sisters).

I LOVE this picture. I told the girls to dog-pile and tell him "happy birthday"!! His face is priceless!!!

Moving along.. we come to OCTOBER!

who could forget the ridiculous storm that blew through MESA. I'm sparing alot of downloading for myself. I took way too many pictures, but I'm only showing a couple.

this was my front yard.. and I know there was more, but this was the only HAIL picture I toook.

With a storm like this.. comes many NEWS people. For days, we watched them come & go (me & the kids got an interview on channel 3. :D ) and we watched car after car drive by. they would get out, take pictures.. play.. and just stare in amazement!

We LOVE Dave the Garden Guy! (from channel 3.) So how could we resist a photo shoot with a celebrity!!! And of course he signed his other book we have, that was without his 'herby hancock'. ---dont mind the hobo on the left... oh wait! thats me.. :(

Finally---to NOVEMBER!!

Raegan's birthday isn't until Nov. 20th, but we celebrated a week early with the neighbors so we could have a big bash!

She got presents from mom, dad, kiersten, brendon, grandma, aunt leen, chucky & cray!!

IT'S A PILLOW.. IT'S A PET... IT'S A PILLOW PET!!

Her very own cake w/ a hello kitty candle. YAY.

and ONE MORE BOUNCER!! my theme for next year is no more renting things!!!!

I couldnt help but post this picture.. she is a GEEK.. but I love her of course. She's definitely a cutie and a keeper.

LABOR day...

.... was just that!! LABOR!! (the working kind, not kid kind)
but it was my favorite type of labor!!! YARD WORK!! =)

we planted a hibiscus tree and gardenia bush... (after shortening the length of the flower box to make room for them)



filled the flower box with lots of stuff.. the kids did over 1/2 of the planting. they loved it.



planted 3 hibiscus bushes.. along the front porch (where there is never grass.) and we took brick from the flower box and put it around the tree also.



took MORE brick... and put it around the rose bushes.. i LOVE the border and having it look perfect.

LAST WEEK.... our friends/neighbors moved far far away to Indiana. I cried ONE too many tears.

I didnt cry over this part... but we did sell BIG 'D'. .. our rooster. actually, we traded him for another hen. the 'ladies' can finally be alone!

and the kids discovered they can do this. DONT REPORT ME. they jump from the club house to the trampoline.. yeah, lets mark how long before we go to urgent care.

KOOL-AID --- 50 cents .

they were determined to make some money. (and they all had their different reasons for it)
it was RIDICULOUSLY hot out there! And they looked so cute and sad.

if cuteness didn't attract the customers.. then playing the recorder and tambourine sure will!!

Some stranger, bless his heart, stopped by and gave them 10 DOLLARS for one glass. I really got teary eyed after he left. Their faces were unforgettable!!

And summer vacation brought A LOT of this. It's too hot outside to do anything (unless you're swimming) which we did too!

The girls have dance every Monday and they love it! I do too! Before we even had kids, I told Kevin that if we ever had girls, they would take dance just like I did. This year, it has happened. I love love love doing their hair!!! its the whole point to having girls!

(And I don't think I did too bad... at least for an amateur)

2 months, in 2 minutes. GO!

May 6th, Kiersten turned 6. I didn't even document it, OR take real pictures. I TOTALLY SUCK!

Back in April (I posted on FB, but not here) the girls, my BABIES, got their ears pierced. They did incredibly well. Kiersten only said 'OW..' and Raegan just sniffled w/ disbelief..like 'why did you do that???'

Memorial day weekend, we went to our friends cabin, then after that went to our trailer. This was the ONLY picture I took (cz I didn't take the camera). The kids at the park in Heber, taking a "nap"
