Angela Watson has over 25 years of experience as a classroom teacher and instructional coach. She has earned National Board Certification and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction. She created the website now called TruthForTeachers.com in 2003 to share practical strategies with fellow educators.
Since then, Angela has published 6 books, hosts and produces the Truth for Teachers podcast, provides coaching and consulting services, creates online courses, and designs curriculum resources.
As a productivity and mindset specialist, Angela is deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing and burnout prevention. She presents at events/conferences nationwide, and leads retreats which guide participants toward deep clarity and presence. She is certified as a Restorative Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Guide, and Forest Therapy Guide.
Angela aims to make evidence-based mindfulness, meditation, and nature-immersion practices accessible to people of all backgrounds and belief systems.
