EFFINCUT · EXECUTIVE PERFORMANCE

You have the discipline.
You just need the stability.

If your career has been quietly taking your edge, this is for you. Performance doesn't slip all at once. It erodes under load when recovery stops keeping up. Start with the diagnostic quiz. It tells you which of your five variables is actually breaking down.

The Five Variables

Most people apply effort to the wrong variable first. The one that's breaking yours is the first lever we find.

01

STRUCTURE

Daily inputs have no predictable rhythm. Meal timing, sleep, training, workflow all shift based on what the day demands.

When it's breaking: Every week is improvised. You eat when there's time. You train when there's energy. Nothing compounds because nothing repeats.

02

NUTRITION

Consistent, adequate fuel. Enough protein, stable energy intake, no chronic deficit or excess.

When it's breaking: Afternoon crashes. Erratic hunger. Skipping meals then overeating at night. Caffeine doing the job food should be doing.

03

RECOVERY / SLEEP

Consistent sleep duration and quality. Actual tissue and nervous system rebuilding between sessions.

When it's breaking: Waking unrested. Fatigue that accumulates without ever fully clearing. Training that adds to the load instead of building from it.

04

STIMULATION LOAD

The total load your nervous system is processing. Caffeine, stimulants, constant media, pressure, noise.

When it's breaking: Can't function before the first coffee. Need pre-workout to train. Tolerance builds, crashes worsen.

05

STRESS / ENVIRONMENT

The chronic stress load your nervous system carries, and whether your environment supports recovery or works against it.

When it's breaking: Elevated resting heart rate. Irritability. Reactive decisions. The environment making it structurally easier to fail than to succeed.

What stabilization actually looks like.

Energy that carries through the full day. Training that compounds instead of resetting. Decisions that stay sharp in the afternoon. Sleep that actually restores something. The physical confidence that used to feel automatic. Back as a baseline, not something you chase.

You stop forcing it. The system holds it.

Start with the diagnostic.

16 questions. The output is your read: the variable that's actually breaking your system, why it's the one to fix first, and what comes next based on where you are.

  • The primary variable acting as your lever, named
  • What it's costing you specifically in the conditions you're in
  • Your variable ranking, top to bottom. What to pull on, in order

Take The Quiz

Readings route to your variable. The actual lever, not the symptom you've been chasing. The quiz reveals, you decide what happens next.

Pressure was the lab.

Fitness didn't start as a business. It started as a way to regain control.

I ran operations across multiple locations and teams with no budget and no backup. Then years in a truck cab. Two-hour commutes, dispatch through meals and sleep, days with no scheduled end. I watched what that kind of pressure did to people. I could feel it happening to me.

The body I wanted to build kept getting buried under the environment I was in. Consistency wasn't a discipline problem. I didn't have a system that could hold under those conditions.

So I built one. Inside the same environment. No pause button. Just structure applied under real pressure until it held.

When your body is stable, your output is protected. That's what I build.

What changed when the system did.

★★★★★
Working with Lou in the last year taught me a lot. He helped me lose more than 50lbs, was over 250 now I'm around 207. Still losing fat and my strength continues to go up. When my meniscus tore he coached me through the entire thing. Honestly trust him more than the doctor.

★★★★★
I started working with Lou after neglecting my body for all of my 20s. Before starting I had aches and pains, and little to no energy or motivation. Now the pain is gone, my energy is up, I'm losing weight and putting on muscle.

★★★★★
In just 12 weeks, I saw significant changes in my body composition and strength. Lou has a wide knowledge base and I was able to see results with my modified plan based upon a pre-existing back condition. I thought I was never going to be able to reach my goals, but I did.

The questions.

01 Is the quiz free?

Yes. The diagnostic quiz is free and you see your read at the end. What happens after depends on what your answers tell us: either a free 1-on-1 strategy call, or a $97 custom Executive Diagnostic (a written plan built from your specific answers plus a 30-min walkthrough call). Filters protect your time. We don't waste anyone's.

02 What's the difference between the two paths?

Free Call = Your results point to something that needs a direct conversation first. No quiz result replaces that. This one's on me. 15 minutes, your specific situation, no pitch.

$97 Executive Diagnostic = Your results give us enough to build from. The diagnostic takes your quiz answers, maps the full picture, and delivers a structured first move in 30 minutes with the correct first lever and what changes immediately. $97, applied toward the Executive Athlete Program if you decide to move forward.

03 Is this just a sales call?

No pitch on the call regardless of which path you're on. We map your actual inputs, your real constraints, and identify the first lever. You leave with a clear answer regardless of what you decide to do next.

04 I don't have time.

That's exactly why the call is capped at 30. No discovery theater. We get in, audit what's relevant, and get out with a clear picture.

05 I already know what my problem is.

Most people identify a symptom, not the bottleneck. The quiz scores you across all five variables and surfaces which is actually first in the sequence. Usually not the one that's most visible.

06 What do I actually walk away with?

Right after the quiz: your read, the variable acting as the lever, your full ranking, and what it costs you. After the call (free or paid path): the first move, named and specific, that you can start applying that day.

The answer rarely is add more.

You've added more. More effort, more programs, more attempts. The problem is you're applying pressure to the wrong variable first. The quiz tells you which one.
