The Spongosaurus is, as far as anyone can tell, a dinosaur made entirely out of cake. It walks around, it eats, and it has opinions about things. Nobody at the Science and Research Center in Ark City has been able to explain this.
The outside is soft and gives a little when pressed, which most people only discover by accident. It doesn't seem to mind. Its frosting replenishes on its own overnight, which is either fascinating or unsettling depending on how you think about it.
The Spongosaurus is not particularly smart, but it is friendly and easy to keep happy. It likes warmth, it likes company, and it likes being where the food is which is somewhat ironic given the circumstances.
