Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the UK.
What payments do you accept?
For UK members, payments are processed via GoCardless — a simple and secure way to pay directly from your bank. You authorise the debit once, and payments are taken automatically each month.
For international members, payments are processed via Stripe. You can pay with a debit or credit card, with payments renewing automatically each month.
How do I sign up for this monthly mail club?
- Fill out the signup form on my “Join mail club” page.
- Click the “submit and pay” button.
- Authorise the payment — that’s it!
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I currently ship to a small selection of countries. Both standard and tracked international shipping options are available.
How long will shipping take?
UK: ~2–4 days
International: ~5–12 days
What is the difference between standard and tracked mail?
Standard mail is untracked and more affordable.
Tracked mail includes tracking and added reliability.
What is your return/refund policy?
Each Mail Club package is lovingly prepared just for you, so I don’t offer returns or refunds.
If something doesn’t arrive or there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch with me, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed by postal services. Delivery times can vary, especially internationally. Please allow a few extra days for your Mail Club items to arrive.
If your letter hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, feel free to get in touch. I will try my best to help you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by completing this form. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. I am sorry to see you go, but you are always welcome back.
