Iizuka

Trey is currently is Iizuka, Japan.
His last transfer was pretty rough. But he is now senior companion to his friend Tada. They have a lot of fun together, but are working really hard too. Last week he said he tried to do make up 6 weeks worth of work in 1 week. And it drove both him and Tada to exhaustion.

"We met with this less active girl who fed us yogurt and mayo and pumpkin mix. We were both gagging. Tada said, in english 'Robinson! Me help please!' So funny!"

"This week has been great. Yesterday me and Tada set three baptisimal dates (A philipino mom and her half Japanese son and another Japanese lady). Two for May 1 and one for May 8 and hopefully we can do one more this week. We had a legit lesson with our investigators that are all getting baptised. The mom and the son comitted and then the son's friend was there and so he was like HECK YES!! So now we are workind on him too :D This `dead` area is blossoming. I owe a lot to Tada. He is a stud and I love him!"

These are some of the cards the missionaries hand out. There have beautiful illustrations and scriptures form the Bible.
