Ella Fitch is an award-winning creative producer living between Brooklyn, NY and Venice, Italy. She is the founder of Lover LLC, where she hosts creative retreats, produces community events, and leads courses on taking artistic leaps.
Her work spans content creation, live events, and tech. Ella has partnered with some of the world’s most dynamic creatives — including Frank Ocean, Spike Jonze, and Björk — and leading companies and institutions like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, the Nobel Institute, and the Guggenheim. She has directed music videos, produced documentaries, launched apps, thrown galas and delivered keynotes across continents on time and under budget.
An expert hand-holder of the C-suite and VVIPs, Ella has a knack for operations: she has built teams from 5 to 55, raised $200M+ for political justice, and earned 900M impressions on a single campaign.
