This started as the true story of Lu growing our baby and what I thought about it all.
Since the day Silas was born and passed away the focus has shifted and we both were writing here to help figure out what the hell we are supposed to do with the rest of our lives, and how we will heal our sad, broken hearts.
Now Lu has started her own blog.

ElmCityDad,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet little boy Silas. On many levels I know the pain you have experienced, my wife and I have lost two babies over an 18 month time frame and it caused me to go into deep depression for months on end. I have since recoved to a point where I have I decided to reach out to other dads to bring awareness to what fathers go through after the loss of a child.
I found your blog and I wanted to let you know that I added it to my list of “resource blogs” for others that have expereince the loss of a child.
Peace.
Kelly
