Preston's kindergarten had a special President's Day performance. 

Tanner and I loved being able to go and watch him sing and parade with his class.

For Blayke's 6th Birthday she had a party at the roller skating rink. It was a Star Wars theme and Lani went all out! Blayke was even dressed up as Rey and looked awesome! The light sabers and masks were a huge hit!

Spring is in the air

We went down to Alamo and Lleyton got his quilt from Grammie. We love it!

While we were there Turbo escaped out the front door while Tanner and Juliet were walking on the front porch. As Tanner reached the driveway and step, Turbo turboed past, knocking Tanner flat on his mouth. It was quite traumatic with lots of blood but luckily I had Lyndsey and Papa there to grab Tanner and rush him to get cleaned up.

New Car!!!

Having a third kid we knew that we couldn't keep the Jeep much longer. We needed more room and a van is just so convenient. We looked a bit last year and kind of knew what we wanted but thought it best to wait and save money. At the beginning of February I woke up one morning and thought, "What are we waiting for?" Saving more than what we had for a down payment wouldn't greatly affect our payment so we started looking in earnest. We found the perfect car at a great price, in the color I wanted at the Modesto Toyota. On Thursday night we drove down and picked it up. Yay for our new Chrysler Town and Country!!
Biggest check we've ever written!

The boys were so excited when we picked them up from Grandma and Grandpa's in it.

back to my new car I just felt so happy I took this snapshot :)

A few days later we sold the Jeep to a great couple that drove all the way from Fresno to get it.
It was a bittersweet goodbye.
