K-9 Mail is an open-source email client with search, IMAP push email, multi-folder sync, flagging, filing, signatures, bcc-self, PGP, mail on SD & more! K-9 supports IMAP, POP3, and Exchange 2003/2007 (with WebDAV).

Initial Setup
- Once you have downloaded the app, open the email client. If it doesn't immediately prompt you to add an account, press Menu → More → Accounts. Press Menu again → Add Account.
- Fill in your basic details:
- Username: <Full Email Address>
- Password: <From your Control Panel>
- Press Manual Setup.
- Select either IMAP or POP3 (Proceed to the relevant section below).
Option A: IMAP Setup (Recommended)
- Fill in the Incoming Server details:
- Username: <Full Email Address>
- Password: <From your Control Panel>
- IMAP Server: mail.<Your Domain>
- Security: None
- Authentication: PLAIN
- Port: 143
- Auto-detect IMAP namespace: Untick
- IMAP path prefix: (Leave blank)
- Compression: 3 ticks by default
- Press Next.
- Fill in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) details:
- SMTP Server: mail.<Your Domain>
- Security: None
- Port: 587
- Require Sign-in: Tick
- Authentication: PLAIN
- Username: <Full Email Address>
- Password: <From your Control Panel>
- Press Next.
- Assign a name for the account, and you're done.
Option B: POP3 Setup
- Fill in the Incoming Server details:
- Username: <Full Email Address>
- Password: <From your Control Panel>
- POP3 Server: mail.<Your Domain>
- Security: None
- Authentication: PLAIN
- Port: 110
- Press Next.
- Fill in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) details:
- SMTP Server: mail.<Your Domain>
- Security: None
- Port: 587
- Require Sign-in: Tick
- Authentication: PLAIN
- Username: <Full Email Address>
- Password: <From your Control Panel>
- Press Next.
- Assign a name for the account, and you're done.
