Ryan is all about building strong connections and making sure clients have the support they need to hit their goals (and then some). With a knack for relationship-building and a natural drive to help others succeed, he’s ready to guide our clients through every step of their marketing journey.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll probably find Ryan cracking jokes on stage at a local comedy show, hanging out with his dogs, hitting the golf course, or sneaking away for a weekend trip to Charleston. Whether it’s work or play, he brings the same mix of dedication, creativity, and good humor wherever he goes.

Samantha has worn a lot of hats around here, but officially, she’s our Client Specialist. From coordinating with the client success team to helping clients feel supported every step of the way, Samantha is all about building strong relationships. She thrives in the fast-paced energy of Engenius and loves getting to know each client and their business on a deeper level.

Off the clock, you’ll likely find her chasing after her energetic baby, spending time on her family’s farm, or wrangling her two giant (and loveable) dogs. Friends, family, and fresh air are her favorite things.

Paige is our marketing strategist and resident wordsmith. With over 8 years of marketing experience, she brings sharp strategy, strong storytelling, and a can-do attitude to every project. She’s also got a knack for making even the most complex ideas feel clear and compelling.

When she’s not crafting campaigns or polishing copy, Paige is probably curled up with a book (or at book club talking about it), sipping a homemade matcha latte, or adding another pen to her ever-growing stationery stash. She’s also the resident office Swiftie, dedicated to working out (most weeks), and always planning her next adventure with her husband.

Richard is our Marketing Manager and the digital compass behind many of our marketing strategies. With years of experience leading marketing efforts for both other companies and his own business, Richard brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every campaign. His approach includes a constant curiosity and passion for staying ahead of the curve.

Originally from the West Coast, Richard and his family have called South Carolina home since 2020. When he’s not guiding our team through the latest in inbound strategy, you can probably find him at a local coffee shop (Steam Coffee in Fountain Inn knows him well) or out exploring the Upstate with his wife, Elizabeth. He’s also the fearless Dungeon Master in his family’s Dungeons & Dragons games. Don’t be surprised if you hear a dramatic “roll for initiative” on his next day off.

Cassidy is our Web Manager and all-around problem-solver. With a background in customer service and a naturally sunny disposition, she keeps the web services side of our Production department running smoothly and on schedule. If something’s unclear, you can count on Cassidy to figure it out—quickly, cheerfully, and with just the right playlist in the background.

Based in Fountain Inn, she loves exploring new spots around town, thrifting for hidden treasures, and relaxing with a good book. Her two dogs, Maverick and Margo, are always along for the ride, especially if it involves a stroll through a park or a stop at a local coffee shop. And yes, she is probably listening to Michael Bublé (again).

Emily is our Office Manager and the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running like clockwork. From billing to scheduling to making sure the office stays clean, organized, and chaos-free, she brings structure, positivity, and a whole lot of heart to the team. (Honestly, we’d be lost without her.)

Outside the office, Emily is the ultimate cheerleader for her three kids and a devoted Clemson fan through and through. Her weeks are full, but she and her husband always find time to rally behind their Tigers (orange and purple forever)!
