Photoshoot!

So we finally got family pictures at the end of April I believe it was. It was definitely time to get them done since the last ones done were when Lindey was 8 months. Yikes! Shama took the pictures and did a fantastic job!!

This one is my favorite family one.

Shanna is always ready for a smile. She usually doesn't stop smiling :)

This is the picture that totally gives her personality. She's more cautious about who or what she smiles at. But when she does it totally lights up her face.

Now Kate is a mixture of the 2 older girls. She knows when to smile, and then there's times she doesn't want to. So she won't. :)

Awesome Mom

What a whirlwind of a month. Or has it been more? I have lost count. I can't believe it's already almost the end of another school year. It's mothers day this weekend and I am forever grateful for a mother who helped me learn and grow and to be who I am now. I only hope that someday I can be as awesome as she is. I wanted to share some photos of what's been happening around here lately.

Happy Easter! A little Easter hunt provided more than just candy. A stylin pair of sunglasses.

And of course we have to have painted toes when all is said and done. What can you expect with a house full of girls? :)

A little snow and a little of that...

We had a lot of snow but for just a couple days. Just how I like it. And of course we had to go out and play in it.

Snowball throwing was fun and the girls got a kick out of it, especially when dad played.

Kate is like a quarter of the size of this snow suit but I had to put her in something. It was so funny to me I had to take a picture. She was swimming it :)

What do you do when you are at TJMaxx and there is nowhere to put your baby down so you can try on a couple of cute shirts?
Answer: put her in the diaper bag!

I just love this picture because what you can't tell from it is that seconds before this was taken the girls were jumping all over Eric and he had Kate tucked carefully in the corner so she wouldn't get jumped on... And she kept right on sleeping.

Blessing Day

We blessed baby Kate on January 8, 2012. It was wonderful to have so many people attend and stand in the circle to bless her. We are so lucky to have so many family members close by.

This dress was the dress I wore when I was blessed as a baby. So it's neat to see it on one of my own! :)

Babies and Christmas!

Ok, so here I am. Again. It's been a busy Christmas season. I was in mad woman mode to get all I could done before the baby was born. And I am happy to report (even if it is late) that I did get it all done. And not a minute too soon since I was putting up my christmas tree 2 days before and wrapping presents the day before she was born, 2 weeks early!! Then came Christmas all too fast and it all feels rather hazy and foggy. However, that could largely be due to sleep deprivation. ;) now quick or I may never publish this post (it has taken me a few days to publish it already..don't ask) on to the pics:

Hanging out with aunt Jamie! I just have to add that they left and went back to school at BYUI and I miss them so bad! Aaron, their son, could be mine with how much I adore him. :)

And of course because we have a new addition to the family and our little Nissan sentra will not fit another car seat we had to upgrade to a minivan.. A Kia Sedona. And even though I was hesitant to own one, I have to admit its been nice to have more room. I can actually put my purse on the floor next to me! ;)
