The Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters has elected Markus Reiher as a corresponding member of the Class of Natural Sciences, in recognition of his academic excellence.
Roland Siegwart and Robert Katzschmann from the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering (D-MAVT) at ETH Zurich were honoured by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
On 7 November, 2026, the Prix Suisse will be awarded for the sixth time at the Kursaal Bern. The award annually honours an outstanding personality from the fields of business, science, sports or culture. The Prix Suisse 2026 goes to Prof. Dr. Thomas H. Zurbuchen.
