Perhaps the best thing about our new bathroom (at least according to Britton) is the shiny drain control in the bathtub. Each night during bath Britton loves looking at his reflection in it. This evening I just HAD to grab my camera, and since we were waiting for Chris to get home so he could read Audrey her stories tonight, a photo shoot ensued…

I suppose it did end, it just felt never ending. After having already worked up quite a sleep debt moving/working (Chris)/waking up with Britton (me) we left on the Monday before the 4th to drive to Utah. I was not thrilled at the idea (it is a crazy long drive and with kids?!) but as we ended up moving the week before and had to delay leaving by several days – it probably was for the best – I just won’t do it again any time soon. After painting the kids room and getting the garage re-floored it was time to move… I assumed that we would be renting a U-Hall – silly me. Instead Steve was awesome and lent us his truck (and moving expertise – really I am not sure if there is anything that these two guys couldn’t get done together) !
