WWW is my favorite season of the year

Kristin and Ward, if ever I was to leave my husband for three days, it'd be for you. It was time for our annual trip together once again, this time to Bryce Canyon.

(Special thanks to aforementioned husband for his photo editing. If I was ever to spend 362 days a year with someone, it would be with you.)

Back to blogging

After a few months' fascination with Facebook and the ease of uploading photos there, I've decided to go back to blogging for a while. I like the idea of telling stories, and Facebook, while providing a lot of entertainment in it's own way, doesn't quite suit that need at the moment. So here I am. :)

ImageSunday afternoon I met Claire and Cindy for lunch at Cindy's house. We all go back to Seattle days, though Claire is still experiencing Seattle days. Claire brought some licorice tea from Queen Anne Hill, my former home. It required a tea bag. This is what a tea bag looks like when it's constructed of things Cindy just has lying around the house.

ImageOver the months Cindy and I would do "French Dip Tuesdays", so it
was perfect that she whipped some sandwiches up.

My talented husband is making a book. He had this great idea of getting people to sign personal photo album pages at our wedding then bind them into a book, and already it looks great and I love it. So I got out all of the heavy books in the house to help press the homemade book covers straight. All of our heavy important books are about Jesus, although there's one in there about Benjamin Franklin that I checked out at the library. It's been sequestered for more important things than reading.
