Exhale overview
Exhale is a customizable visual prompt tool in the form of a screen overlay to facilitate breathwork practice.
Research indicates we blink less and breathe more shallowly when we are looking at screens. This minimal app is intended as a friendly indicator and reminder to continue to take full and deep breaths. As looking at screens for long periods of time is typically less than ideal, this tool is intended as a means to potentially ameliorate those negative impacts.

- Optional hold ripple animation: A user requested feature has been added to clearly delineate the duration of holds in between inhale and exhale state, so the user knows how long they'll need to hold for, which removes a lot of the guesswork out of using the app with holds. Options to enable it with a gradual color gradient, a stark highly delineated color differential, and to disable the feature entirely.
- Maximum settings window height expands naturally as additional settings/features are added to the app.
- Additional performance optimizations to keep CPU usage as low as possible.
