Update

I am so relieved that Michelle has been found safe and has been reunited with James and her family.

I just wanted to update on the situation at UCSF. Due to the length of her absence and lack of contact with her supervisors, UCSF human resources is planning to file an "intent to dismiss" letter. Michelle will have the option of responding to the letter within a certain time period (usually 10 days) and can make a formal request for medical or disability leave, backdated to February 7th. We are hoping that Michelle will respond to the letter, so that she will at least have the option of taking formal leave and returning to her position at a later date if she wishes to do so.

If anyone would like more details on the UCSF policies, please let me know and I will find out.

Neighbors have seen Michelle fairly recently. I have therefore hidden the comments on the blog for now. Let me know if anyone needs the info from them - I can still access them and I think the other authors probably can, too.

Last Contact

Would be interested in the last time people heard from Michelle. When was she last at work? Did she check in with work after the last time she was physically there? (Does she work from home often? If so, when did she last log in to her work accounts?) When was the last time anyone talked to her by phone/email/text?

Introduction

I am starting this blog so that we can keep track of information that we have and questions that we think of for finding Michelle. I think it's best to have everything in one place.
