A very calm and effective method of taking even a beginner like me through the sessions<\/i><\/b><\/p>

Last year was unusually challenging. Balancing between one\u2019s own work, online learning of kids and home took a toll on the mind and body. Meditation sessions with Ann Katrin Schie came at an opportune time. They became a much needed source of healing. I loved the sessions \u2013 \u201cEnergizing body and mind\u201d and \u201cCalm focus\u201d. AK has a very calm and effective method of taking even a beginner like me through the sessions easily. My weekly yoga with Ann-Katrin was such a treat for my body, mind & soul. I found each & every class challenging & strengthening, restorative & grounding, as well as rejuvenating & uplifting.<\/p>

I really appreciated my sessions with Ann-Katrin, and found her to be extremely empathic and supportive. She helped me gain clarity on my problem areas by asking just the right questions, which allowed me to reflect on my current habits\/behaviours in a helpful and productive way. The things I love about AK\u2019s beach workouts are just that\u2026. AK\u2019s kind, calm and encouraging manner gave me the confidence to push myself beyond my normal limits so that I gained strength and fitness\u2026.. Ann-katrin was my yoga teacher pre-coaching, so I already trusted her when I needed guidance to make some life decisions following an illness. Guided me to find a solution to my worries<\/i><\/b><\/p>

The time which I spent with Ann-Katrin was amazing. She was always well prepared with well-balanced groups of exercises. Very calm and gentle motivation, but at the same time brings you to the limit and even more. At the end of my 6 weeks of outdoor training, I took part in Point of You, which was something completely new for me … It was like an explosion of emotions. She guided me to find a solution to my worries about who I am and how to continue to be a successful woman, mother, wife and artist.<\/p>

Her classes feel authentic<\/i><\/b><\/p>

I met AK in Tokyo where she invited me to join her for yoga. I have to admit I am not an exercise fan but ended up going twice a week because I LOVED it! AK is a very knowledgeable teacher (and a kind person too). Her classes feel authentic but secretly are also a bit of fun! The atmosphere is soothing (there is always a candle, a flower, and beautiful \u201cyoga music\u201d in the background). At the end of every class I felt super relaxed and was looking forward to the fresh pot of herbal tea that was waiting for us. Thank you AK, till we meet again!\u00a0<\/p>
