Stephen Straz

Stephen Straz learned early that quality comes from patience and steady effort. As a kid, he was the one who stayed behind to finish things correctly, a habit that later became the core of his work. That same focus guides him today and continues to shape how he approaches every project. He leads Straz Builders LLC on the South Shore of Massachusetts, operating out of Marshfield and Pembroke. His company handles custom luxury homes, renovations, sustainable and energy-efficient communities, and real estate investments throughout the South Shore, Greater Boston, Cape Cod, and other parts of New England. Stephen holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, a Class A CDL with hazmat and passenger endorsements, along with hoisting and hydraulics licenses. These credentials reflect his ability to manage all phases of a build, from permitting to structural details.
