May. 3rd, 2009 02:54 pmReason #09098 I'm switching to Dreamwidth. I'll still end up cross-posting a bit to LJ until my paid time expires in July, but that's mostly because they already have my money so there's no reason to stop using it early. Plus, that gives Dreamwidth an extra couple of months to really grow. So far it's doing pretty well, certainly better than the other LJ alternatives when they first started.
I do need to go back and decide how much of this journal will be public and how much won't. I may delete all the entries I so painstakingly re-filtered after importing them from LJ simply to gain a fresh start. I don't know yet. We'll see.
