Our projects
Erasmus+
A project to highlight and discuss environmental issues globally and locally, focusing on reducing ecological footprints through activities.
Aims to promote responsible eating, emphasizing the impact of dietary choices on health and the environment, considering cultural and social significance.
An Erasmus+ initiative by Go ALIVE in Eani, Greece, bringing together 35 individuals for a program on mindfulness and well-being, featuring meditation and participant-led sessions.
The project aimed to enhance the inclusivity and quality of Youth Exchange projects under the Erasmus+ framework for young people with fewer opportunities. Led by Asociación Las Niñas del Tul, this initiative focused on developing shared understanding of the Youth Exchange project cycle among youth workers.
The Erasmus+ Training Course “Bridging to Brighter Days” focused on mental health among young people, held in Bucharest from May 18-26, 2024, and led by Romanian Angel Appeal. It aimed to raise awareness of issues faced by European youth and their cultural influences. 15 participants from Romania, Greece, Italy, Türkiye, Serbia, and France engaged in non-formal education activities. The course included cultural exchanges, culminating in an intercultural night showcasing traditional food, dances, and stories.
The project “Open Mic: Raising Awareness on Human Rights” focused on using stand-up comedy to highlight sensitive topics, especially human rights. Organized by Loud and Clear, a non-profit founded in September 2023, it took place in Vilnius from June 7-13, 2024, involving youth workers, leaders, educators, and activists from six countries. Objectives included promoting inclusion, enhancing communication skills, improving creative and critical thinking, and fostering social bonding. Participants learned joke-writing and delivery techniques and discussed human rights using non-formal education tools. The project also aimed to increase Erasmus+ program visibility through active EU citizen participation.
The training course “SustainFlow: Cultivating Change Through Connection”, held in Narva from July 22nd to 28th, helped youth workers to learn how to teach youngsters about sustainability in a fun and engaging way. Led by Vitatiim, the training course focused on:
-Employ participatory methods to enhance learning outcomes in sustainability activities.
-Lead mindfulness and nature-connection sessions through yoga, meditation, and embodiment practices.
-Facilitate art therapy sessions focused on nature.
Ugo, Isa and Nicolas are back energized and full of knowledge after attending a digitalization training course in Toledo from April 6th to 13th! ✈️
Together with 18 other participants from 7 different countries, they explored the world of communication through technological tools and discovered new tools to enhance our work. ✨
We are sure that they will put their new skills to good use to make our team even more efficient and innovative.
The Nature and Sound youth exchange brought together 24 young people from Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Greece in Veliki Zitnik, from August 18th to 31st, 2024, fostering a simple connection with nature.
Our participants returned with new skills and a wealth of experiences. One of the most exciting aspects was undoubtedly camping and building a bivouac from scratch, an experience that provided them with basic survival skills and potentially opened up a new path in their lives.
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Back to Nature”, held in Prea, Italy, from August 9th to 18th, 2024, brought young people together to explore the connection between mental health and nature. Organized by Associazione di Promozione Sociale Flow, the project used outdoor activities, workshops, and a night in the Alps to highlight the healing power of nature. Participants gained practical tools for personal growth and sustainability while building cross-cultural connections and engaging with the local community.
Held in the picturesque Lika region of Croatia from November 11th to 18th, 2024, the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Well-Being in Harmony with Nature” focused on enhancing mental and physical health through nature-based practices. Organized by Outward Bound Croatia, the project featured workshops on natural remedies, sustainable gardening, yoga, and mindfulness. Participants immersed themselves in nature, developed new skills, and learned how to foster well-being while promoting sustainable living.
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Navigating Social Anxiety”, held in Acitrezza, Italy, from November 5th to 12th, 2024, brought together young people from five countries to explore mental health and stress management. Organized by Associazione di Promozione Sociale Flow, the project featured workshops, meditation, and intercultural activities, equipping participants with tools to manage anxiety while fostering cross-cultural understanding. This initiative created a supportive environment for young people, promoting mental well-being and European values. 🌟
The Erasmus+ Training Course “Authentic by Nature”, held in Southern Estonia from June 29th to July 7th, 2025, offered participants a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves in a preserved natural area along the shores of Lake Võrtsjärv. Organized by MTÜ Sümbiosis with the participation of Associazione di Promozione Sociale Flow, the project combined outdoor experiences, mindfulness practices, and creative workshops to foster empathy, emotional growth, and intercultural understanding. Participants developed inclusive facilitation skills, deepened their environmental awareness, and explored new ways to promote mental well-being through connection with the natural world.
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “LOL: Laugh Out Loud, Stand Proud!”, held in Lithuania from June 22nd to 30th, 2025, brought together 24 young people from across Europe to explore comedy and storytelling as tools for self-expression, inclusion, and human rights.
Through stand-up, identity workshops, and shared reflections, participants used humour to build empathy, break barriers, and create a safe, empowering space to be loud, proud, and themselves.
Held in Kaunas, Lithuania, from January 19th to 26th, 2026, the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Myths of Us” explored storytelling, mythology, identity, and intercultural connection. Hosted by Loud&Clear, the project brought together young people from Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Greece, and Italy through creative workshops, theatre improvisation, role-plays, debates, and digital storytelling. Participants rediscovered European myths, developed communication and empathy skills, and used stories as a tool for personal growth, creativity, and mutual understanding.
