  4. I've just updated your existing ticket ID PPA-53664-299 regarding this issue, though from our tests we're unable to replicate a problem. Please follow up in your ticket as that'll be the best venue for us to debug further
  5. Yesterday I moved my domain names to Hawk Host since they are already doing my webhosting. My main domain's email is working fine, but my subdomain email is broken. I started a ticket but they keep asking me to send them the headers from the email that I'm have a problem with. I keep explaining that the problem is that I can't send or receive email so their is no email to get headers from.
