Fresh allows you to instantly find attachments you download, no matter what weird name they have. Rename files that you just downloaded, then file them with a single click.
Filed Documents is a place where Fresh will file items by date, helping keep you organized. With Fresh you can easily find any file - no matter where you are - without going back to the Finder. Plus it has an awesome 'file dock' which works like the dock, but who has room for files on their dock anymore?

The developer's website is fine and Fresh is updated for Silicon Mac. Tried it, and find it very useful in managing the files you are working with. Similar to Default Folder X and Trickster, but in a much useful way. Unfortunately the price $34, not $9.

Liked it very much in the past – but seems the recent versions of Fresh became a CPU hog (up to 11%). So I often just quit it – and that's not the right direction.

Redundant features like spotlight and cooler spoil what otherwise could have been a great app.
