Grief Care and End of Life Support:
1:1 non-clinical supportive care for folks experiencing grief, loss, end of life, and/or bereavement.
This includes, but is not limited to, those who are:
• navigating chronic illness, disability, or terminal illness
• grieving significant change or non-death losses
• navigating the death of a loved one or significant person
• caregivers and family in need of grief care themselves
Please note: as a provider who works virtually, I do not offer in-person services such as sitting vigil or visiting the home. I can, however, offer guidance and emotional support to folks navigating these incredibly tender times.
Sessions take place online and are generally 60 minutes long (though this can be variable depending on what you need). I am here to listen with non-judgement, sincerity, respect, and sensitivity.
Depending on your preferences and needs, we may incorporate contemplative practices, creative activities, and rituals for grief-tending into our work together. I draw on a variety of sources for the work we do. You’ll be provided with any resources that may be helpful to you, as per your circumstances.
Some examples of what folks have used my services for: relationship loss, COVID grief, loss and grief as a result of developing an illness or disability, death of a family member, navigating terminal illness of a parent, reflection on life’s challenges and joys, navigating several significant losses simultaneously, advance care planning, and more.
Investment: Sliding scale $75-150 CAD per session.
I also offer mentorship for fellow grief workers, creative types, and yoga teachers.
