This cute fella stood his ground when i stuck the camera not an inch from his face – i realised later when i downloaded this that he could probably see his own reflection in the lens and was behaving naturally.
i had the camera on continuous so i got the full movement but not all the shots had the face in focus

Due to rain, I had to move indoors for a few hours after working in the garden a little while -Beautiful days in TAsmania at the moment with a distinct autumnal air … squeezing everything i can out of the last of summer i went out into the garden again .. and had to grab my camera for this one …

Well, the peacocks are back … there are two of them that come to visit along our street. One in particular has attached himself to me and my cat. Their tail feathers are just growing back – a sure sign of Spring on the way. I dug up last year’s pictures (below) … and a haibun written, published about these visitors.
