Director

Jason is an experienced project management specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering complex projects and programs for the public and private sectors.
As a qualified geomatics engineer, Jason’s career began in the oil and gas sector. He then went on to work in the public sector, leading significant and highly complex projects for the Department of Defence.
He’s passionate about leveraging his experience and talent for problem solving to help others fast-track their journey.

Oliver Ciano
Director

Oliver is a veteran program and project manager who has led several high profile and technical projects as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Program Manager.
He excels in project governance and risk management, and has earned a solid reputation for his ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they are realised.
Oliver is passionate about maximising value for clients, helping clients build capability, and leading diverse teams who collaborate to achieve great outcomes.

Suraj Paniker
Director

Suraj is a qualified chemical engineer with specialist experience working within explosive ordinance, electronic warfare, and maritime integrated warfare systems.
He has led large teams delivering an array of complex projects including logistics, supply management, project management and support, and strategic planning.
Suraj is passionate about using his expertise to uplift individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors.
