Common Body Types
Seamless Bodies (Silicone or TPE over a metal skeleton): These offer incredible realism with no visible joints. However, they require more care—especially to avoid tearing or staining.
Custom Seamless Bodies: Some high-end bodies include muscle definition, specialty tones, or different bust/hip shapes. These are more expensive and often harder to replace.
Articulated Bodies (Plastic with visible joints): Easier to pose and maintain. Many come with modular parts (replaceable arms, legs, torsos). Ideal for heavy posing or swapping between outfits and heads.
