Hi! My name is Levell Kensey and I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois-Chicago. I am currently looking for a summer internship in industry to receive professional experience while utilizing and improving my skills. Here are some of the skills I take pride in, and the ones I'm currently learning:

I'm interested in both front-end and back-end development as a career. My dream companies to work for are Pinterest and SpotHero, but of course, I am not picky. I also have an interest in CS education, hence why I am pursuing research in that field, with a co-author poster publication at SIGCSE TS '26 and a 1st author paper publication at ASEE '26. Right now, I'm focusing on building my skills both for the industry and for myself, because, at heart, what I love most about software engineering is being able to create helpful and creative applications!
