Truck Copilot is a hackathon prototype that rethinks delivery logistics from a human perspective.
Instead of optimizing only the route, we optimize the entire delivery experience:
- smarter truck loading,
- easier unloading,
- AI assistance for drivers,
- and smoother workflows for warehouse workers and supervisors.

Delivery systems usually optimize where the truck goes, but not how the cargo is organized.
That creates real operational problems:
- drivers waste time searching for products,
- unloading becomes inefficient,
- and distractions increase during the route.
We wanted to build something focused on the people actually doing the work every day.
Truck Copilot combines:
- 🗺️ Smart route optimization
- 📦 Intelligent truck loading
- 🤖 AI voice copilot for drivers
- 🚛 Interactive truck visualization
The system organizes the truck according to the delivery flow, making upcoming stops easier and faster to unload.
We also integrated voice AI with ElevenLabs so drivers can interact hands-free with delivery information:
- locate products,
- recalculate routes,
- receive stop summaries,
- and get live operational guidance.
The goal is reducing friction, distractions and delivery time while improving the overall user experience.
This project focuses heavily on:
- human-centered logistics,
- operational UX,
- AI-assisted workflows,
- and practical usability instead of only theoretical optimization.
One of the biggest challenges was balancing warehouse efficiency with the real experience of drivers on the road.
