  • Microsoft / EF Core: Fixed a memory rooting issue in LazyLoaderFactory that caused unbounded memory growth and OutOfMemoryException during large-scale data streaming. PR #37977

  • Microsoft / F#: Fixed a failure in assembly signing by resolving incorrect signature size calculations for
    various RSA key blob layouts. PR #19242
