I’m a Computer Science student at the University of Illinois at Chicago with a passion for building software and exploring cybersecurity. I discovered computer science in high school when my first HTML and CSS project came to life, an experience that showed me the thrill of creating interactive systems from scratch. That same curiosity led me to take a defensive hacking course at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where I first explored network traffic analysis and Linux-based security tools.
Since then, I’ve strengthened my skills in Python and C/C++, completed projects in program design and data structures, and expanded my expertise outside the classroom. I’ve refined my web development skills, used Python libraries like BeautifulSoup and Requests for web scraping, and put my time management and adaptability to the test when I learned the Godot Engine’s GDScript in just two days to help my SparkHacks 2026 team secure first place.
Currently, I’m learning JavaScript and React Native to build dynamic applications, while continuing to explore cybersecurity through hands-on learning and experimentation. I’m eager to bring my technical foundation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to a growth-oriented Chicago-based tech company, contributing to innovative products and developing both my software development and security skills.
