Alethia (HackIllinois, UIUC) — Won Best Use of OpenAI API for a neighborhood intelligence platform that ran Qwen3-8B on H100s via vLLM and Modal serverless, with retrieval through Supermemory and Actian VectorAI using HNSW indexing.
RxGuard (Hacklytics, Georgia Tech) — Placed 2nd Overall and won the Actian Sponsor Challenge for a semantic drug safety search engine over FDA FAERS data, built with FastAPI, React 19, Gemini, and Actian VectorAI with citation-grounded generation.
MegalodonMD (Harvard X Lotus) — Built for the TinyFish Enterprise Track, a Vietnamese pharmaceutical price intelligence platform using a four-tier scout-spawn agent architecture with SSE streaming, FastAPI, and TinyFish web agents targeting authenticated government portals including the Drug Administration of Vietnam.
Toyotron (HackUTD) — Won 1st Place on both the NVIDIA Track and Toyota Track simultaneously with a GPU-accelerated automotive project that satisfied both technical depth and automotive practicality.
Roly Poly (NexHacks, SMU) — Placed 3rd Overall by shipping a polished, fully-scoped end-to-end project in a compressed sprint window.
