A solution for prioritising the customer support calls based on combinative emotion analysis (speech and text)

The hack identifies the emotion in the voice of the speaking customer and priorities his call. Depending on the prioritization an action has to be taken which will have the best result regarding customer satisfaction and resource allocation.
