• Urgency: (Low, Medium, High, Critical) - Please reserve Critical for production-blocking issues.
• Topic: The area this issue is relevant to.
• Application & Component: Which specific part of Konflux is affected.
• Tenant ID: (If applicable).
• Question/Description: A detailed explanation of the problem.
