About Me

I am a Master's student in Big Data at Simon Fraser University with interests in data engineering, machine learning, and applied AI.

I enjoy building practical systems that turn real-world data into structured insights and decision-support tools.

🚀 Selected Projects

🔹 Grocery Price Prediction
End-to-end forecasting system for avocado and tomato prices using time-series and machine-learning models, integrating economic and weather signals. Automated with Airflow on AWS and deployed via a web app and interactive dashboard.

🔹 DataWings
Scalable bird migration analytics platform built on AWS (S3, EMR, PySpark), integrating large-scale eBird data with climate indicators and engineered features for migration pattern analysis.

🔹 Human Gait Symmetry Analysis
End-to-end data analysis project applying statistical methods and machine learning to study gait symmetry patterns from experimental datasets.


🧠 Currently Working On

🔸 RAG Chatbot
RAG-based LLM system for knowledge assistance, integrating document embeddings and semantic search (pgvector) to generate grounded, context-aware responses. Currently extending the system with query optimization and reranking for improved retrieval quality.

🔸 Cloud-Microservices-Performance
E-commerce microservices system (Python, FastAPI, MySQL) deployed across VM, container, and serverless environments on Google Cloud to evaluate latency and performance trade-offs.
