I’m a Computer Science student at Columbia University, exploring the space where software engineering, artificial intelligence, and interactive media meet. My interests range from game design and machine learning to computer graphics and educational tech — all driven by a curiosity for how people learn, build, and connect. I’m also drawn to the aesthetics and systems of graphic design, the natural sciences, and East Asian thought and culture.
My toolkit reflects the mix of projects I’ve explored — from building games in Unity, training models in PyTorch, and designing interfaces with SwiftUI, to writing algorithms in C++ and sketching mockups in Figma. Whether I’m working solo or collaborating through GitHub, I value clean code, thoughtful design, and choosing the right tool for the task. Growing up multilingual shaped how I think and learn — I speak English and Mandarin fluently, and have studied Japanese for several years through both academic and daily life immersion. I’ve also dabbled in Korean recently, driven by curiosity and cultural interest. Language learning for me is not just communication — it’s a way of understanding people and systems more deeply.
