[5.x] Update currencies dictionary

This brings the currencies dictionary up to date with ISO 4217.

Admittedly, I let Claude do it. Here's a summary:

1. Removed Obsolete Currency Codes (4 currencies)

• EEK (Estonian Kroon) → Removed (replaced by EUR in 2011)
• HRK (Croatian Kuna) → Removed (replaced by EUR in 2023)
• LTL (Lithuanian Litas) → Removed (replaced by EUR in 2015)
• LVL (Latvian Lats) → Removed (replaced by EUR in 2014)

2. Replaced Obsolete Codes with Current ISO 4217 Standards (3 currencies)

• VEF → VES (Venezuelan Bolívar Soberano)
• ZMK → ZMW (Zambian Kwacha)
• ZWL → ZWG (Zimbabwe Gold)

3. Fixed Decimal Places (20 currencies)

All changed from 0 to 2 decimals:

• AFN, ALL, AMD, COP, CRC, HUF, IDR, IRR, LBP, MGA, MMK, MUR, PKR, RSD, SOS, SYP, TZS, UZS, YER

One changed from 0 to 3 decimals:

• IQD (Iraqi Dinar)
