spec: Support 'agy' (Antigravity) CLI agent in Warp

This PR introduces the Product and Technical specifications to add native support for the agy (Antigravity) CLI developer agent in Warp.

Product Specification

Outlines the target user experience, including:

• Auto-installing the Warp extension via agy extensions install https://github.com/warpdotdev/agy-warp when launching agy.
• Auto-updating the extension when its version falls below the required threshold.
• Interactive footer chips, split-pane fallback setup instructions, and structured notification streams in the agent inbox.

Technical Specification

Details the implementation checklist across the codebase:

• Adding CLIAgent::Antigravity to the identity layer, mapping its signature Indigo brand color, display name, and custom Icon::AntigravityLogo asset.
• Registering "agy" as a one-off shell command keyword to bypass natural language classification.
• Wiring CLIAgent::Antigravity to the DefaultSessionListener and the new AntigravityPluginManager to handle structured OSC 777 protocols.
• Adding the local skill directory path .antigravitycli/skills to SkillProvider.

Linked Issue
